If you could only see the potential I see for your business, your idea.

My job is to help business owners realize success for their business they never dreamed possible. I ask business owners what they want their business to look like, what success means to them, and then I craft a plan of action to make those visions real. The process was recently described by a colleague as “reverse engineering sales.”

It is the most rewarding work, and I get to make this work my profession.

But, sometimes it is hard too. Business owners out there reading this, you know what you are up against. It is easy to say what you want, but then the day-to-day challenges of running a business can easily creep in. Yes, you want to grow but, heck, you can barely find quality staff now. Yes, we should run this campaign, but that costs money and how are we supposed to cover that?

What does it takes to make dreams real, to make vision statements reality?

It takes dedication, belief, and a plan.

If you could only see what is on the other side of the hard work I am asking of you, you would run toward the goal. I promise you, I would not set a course of action that made you less at the end of the day. I want you to have success as you define it.

When I was still guiding backcountry trips in Wyoming wilderness areas, I got some great advice, “Never take them on a trip without a view.” Trudging through miles of steep and difficult terrain is easy, and forgettable, when the view is precious.

The same is true for your business. Have a goal, then start your awesome journey toward the goal you have visualized for your business.

If you could only see the success I know is possible for your business.
