We wanted to spotlight a client we have worked with since 2018. This client’s growth needs have changed over the years, and FMG has been with them every step of the way to make sure they reach their goals. As 2024 winds down, we took a look a revenue over the last 6 years with this client and were pleased to see exponential year-over-year growth in years 1 and 2 (50% increases in gross revenue compared to preengagement), and steady 5% to 10% increases in growth year over year for the last 4 years. 

Good strategy grows and expands over time. This company (a business-to-consumer services company) had been in business for nearly 20 years when we met, and they were in a rut. They needed a modern website, a social media presence, and to connect with current and potential customers. Business was so slow that closing the company was a serious option for the owner. 

We got to work immediately, updating the website and print materials. We started social media and email marketing campaigns, supported the sales team with marketing packets for direct outreach to customers, and set up online digital ads on Meta (formerly Facebook Business Manager) and Google.

Because the baseline was no marketing, sales increased quickly in the first two years as FMG started marketing the company. This is common for many of our clients as they start implementing consistent marketing campaigns. However, we are not content with the status quo and are always looking for ways to improve our work so clients can continue to enjoy revenue growth. After 6 years, this company still outperforms the prior year and enjoys significant lead generation through its ongoing marketing partnership with FMG.
